Shipping policy

UK Shipping

We offer FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders over £35 on our website. For orders below £35, the standard shipping cost is £3.99 (2-4 working day delivery service).

Please note: We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are actively working on making it available in the near future.

TURNAROUND

We aim for all orders to be shipped within 48 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Orders placed after 12pm (Midday) will usually be shipped on the next working day. Due to large numbers of orders over the weekend, orders may take 48 or even 72 hours to despatch at the start of the week.

CARRIERS & TRACKING

We use FedEx & Royal Mail to deliver our orders. A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and we will update your order with the tracking information.

OUT OF STOCK

If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.
