Where do you deliver?

For now, we are excited to serve customers throughout the UK. However, we have plans to expand globally in the future.

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please send us a message with your postcode, and we'll be happy to check for you.

If we don't deliver to your location yet, we apologise. Please check back with us later or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our latest developments and announcements.

What are your shipping costs?

A shipping charge of £3.39 applies within the UK and will be added at checkout. Your package will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, due to the high costs associated with shipping fragile and heavy products, we’re unable to offer free shipping on orders under £35 at this time. However, for orders of £35 or more, we’re happy to cover the shipping cost for you.

Something is wrong with my order, what do I do?

How are Spice Kick Club sauces made?

At Spice Kick Club, we hand make our sauces with the best ingredients. We never use anything artificial, and every ingredient is chosen for its flavour-and spice level. Our sauces contain no thickeners or stabilisers, just pure, delicious goodness.
